TAO Network International Arts Internship Program
The Arts Office offers internships for qualified student participants. This internship is an uncompensated position designed to provide students with off-campus arts administration and international business experience, and to receive college credit if possible.
The program is informal and can be designed to work within the student’s schedule, but it does require a commitment of at least 10-20 hours a week. Internship positions are available by semester or annually. Visit our website to find out more about us: http://www.theartsoffice.net.
The Web Master/Developer Internship will initially report directly to the CEO
Responsibilities: General maintenance and updating of website, including up to date info on artists and exhibition/events calendar. The Arts Office is a paperless organization; therefore the Web Master/Developer is also responsible for the final output of our newsletter and e-vites. The possibility exists for a semester project of overhauling the company website(s).
Skills needed: Organized, detail oriented, self-starter comfortable with computers and software like Microsoft Office including Outlook Calendar/Tasks, advanced capability with the Internet and Websites including html & php. Portuguese or French a plus.
