Affordable Studio Space

The Arts Office has opened studio spaces in Lauderhill, FL.Â

Spaces are available in various sizes at a cost of $12 per square foot annualized.Â [For Example: a 10' by 12' is 120 sq. ft. and will cost $120/month.]Â Choose a size to fit your budget or share a space with another artist – 24hr access and electricity included.Â

Interested artists must be juried to become resident artists by submittingÂ a portfolio of at least 10 work samples, an artist statement, resume and letter of intent/cover letter.

The final review consists of anÂ interview with the Executive Director.
